Why recent grads cannot get jobs?
The lack of unemployment in United States is due the recession in 2003. Companies are trying to save money by hiring qualified people without a degree so they do not have to pay the money degree having people are looking for. The economy is getting better The reason I believe recent college grads cannot get a job in the field they have studied and mastered is but companies still have issues with insurance coverage and pay rates of their employees. Companies are taking the cheap route and getting rid of positions they need and are paying the hard working people without degree maybe a dollar or two over minimum wage to keep performing at a productive level. Students that are just now graduating are either agreeing to take less than they want or are unemployed. The companies know that the middle and lower class Americans are willing to work just as hard for less money to feed their families and earn what they think is a decent living. Quantity over quality of the work is the goal; the more the company can make with less money spent is the goal. Companies are making more products to sell off of people that are working minimum wage.

#1. Daily blog entry: In 150 words, explain why someone should give you admission to your dream college or university with only one spot left among 50 applicants.
I deserve the last spot. All my life I've worked hard for what i want and your school is what I want .My goals started early in life and I will do anything to be successful in the career I enjoy and take pride in. I know your school is looking for a student that is willing to work for what she/he wants and is well rounded. I can truly say I’m the best fit. My grades stay around the a-averages and I am actively involved in my school. I’ve noticed that your school is heavy concentrated on active students; I currently am involved in over five school actives on the daily basis. I’m actively participating in student leadership, FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), volleyball, basketball, and Also I active job shadower for my schools Sports Medicine and wellness Department. I am willing to do whatever it takes to achieve not one but every goal I've set for myself. Im the perfect fit!

For your first blog entry: Think about and record your most memorable learning experiences from a) Elementary school, b) Middle school and c) high school. Write one paragraph per experience about each learning experience. What did you learn? Who taught it to you? How are you still using those skills today? How can you use those skills beyond high school? You will need to have a 200 word count.
School has evolved for me over the years.I've learned to work with people, communicate effectively ,and control my temper. Elementary school was trying for me ,as a child anger starts to present itself as a bad issue.Elementary showed me that being original wad not hard and people will like you four you. I didn't realize until my first altercation. After the consequence I realized it wasn't worth it. Middle school changed me for the better I learned to understand the way people live and the cultural background differences between me and others. High school made me realize school is not a game.Middle school was a breeze, but High school was not a joke you have no time for fun and games. Playing around use to be fun but in high school your grades will slip and its very hard to get your GPA back up. After all n mny treats of school I realized keeping my grades up and being active would get me through high school. All the years you have to get up early and attend school just to clown is ridiculous. All my hard work and obstacles played off when I got to high school.Being able to keep my grades up benefited me in the long run.
